Reproductive Laws in Turkey

Overview

A stable relationship, not a legal marriage appears to be required for fertility treatment, but some reports indicate that a couple must be married and both parties must consent to the procedures. The freezing of embryos is permitted but only for up to three (3) years. Gender selection is not permitted.

Egg/Sperm Donation

Sperm and egg donation is not permitted.

Surrogacy

National law or policies prohibit Surrogacy.
