Overview

A stable relationship, not a legal marriage, appears is required for fertility treatment. Egg and embryo freezing is prohibited.

Egg/Sperm Donation

Egg donation is not permitted but sperm donation is. Sperm donations are limited to six children per donor. Sperm donations are anonymous but the child has access to donor information when they turn age 18.

Surrogacy

Surrogacy is prohibited by law.
