Only a married heterosexual couple can pursue IVF in Egypt.  Frozen sperm cannot be shipped, the husband must appear at the clinic in person. There is no age limit to treatment and no enforcement on the number of embryos transferred, but there are guidelines.

Egg/Sperm Donation

Sperm and egg donation are not legal.

Surrogacy is not addressed by national law or policies and is not considered legal.
