A legal marriage appears to be the requirement for fertility treatment. Single men and women cannot get treatment.

Egg/Sperm Donation

Sperm and egg donation permitted; a child conceived by egg or sperm donation is able to obtain information regarding the donors at age 18. This legislation will most likely reduce the donor pool.


There are no laws or policy on surrogacy therefore it is not a recommended country to pursue surrogacy.
