Global IVF’s Lauri Berger de Brito (pictured) and Kathryn Kaycoff-Manos hosted a roundtable discussion on How to Attract and Keep International Clients at the START ART 2011 convention today. The table was full and conversation was flowing! Nurses from clinics across the country joined the discussion to learn more about international clients and their unique needs. A very lively conversation ensued as Kathryn and Lauri talked to the table about ways to better serve international clients, and thereby, getting their names out there and more referrals. They also discussed ways to bring in more international patients through advertising. The talk went so well that Lauri and Kathryn were approached by several clinics about consulting services or the possibility of leading mini-seminars to educate their nurses and coordinators about this booming business.
