Low Cost Surrogacy: Patience is a virtue…

posy seaSince I last wrote, not much has happened…

The embassies are slow to respond to any emails which is very frustrating.  However am now underway applying for medical visas for husband Pete and myself, also for daughter Ella, 12.

Dr Patel, Rotunda, insists both Pete and I travel to Rotunda prior to transfer of embryos to our surrogate.  Still trying to persuade her to allow just myself to go with all paperwork signed by Pete.  Ella would accompany me.  Trying desperately to use finances carefully.  The sheer expense is worrisome – trying to put it to the back of my mind!

I’ve been googling “my surrogate baby” and read some heartwarming stories.  Just last night “I’m pregnant and 55″ was on home and health.  I’m not 55 but not so far off it!  It got me thinking even now of trying ONE last time myself but when I remind myself of last experience I know it isn’t feasible.  The emotional pain of waking up to a bed soaked with blood and large blood clots – couldn’t go through that again. Low Cost Surrogacy is the ONLY way I’ll have another baby.  So plow on and before I know it we’ll be waiting for surrogate’s result (which just has to be positive!)

Christmas is 3 weeks today.  Next xmas, all going well, we’ll have the patter of tiny feet.  This keeps me going through the hard parts giving HOPE.

Speak soon, hoping to tell you we have visas and embryos have gone from Isida Kiev to Rotunda India.

Best, Posy
