I am finding a surrogate. I am a gay man who has been in a relationship for 15 years, we are interested in becoming parents and have been on a global quest to make this happen. In most countries only heterosexual or married couple can applied. It’s also the case now in Ukraine. I’ve found maybe a solution in Russia with the Sweetchild group in Moscow; have you ever heard about them are they serious? Could you please give me some contact in another countries (except US and Canad for costs reason)
Thanks for your help and support Best Regards

I know how hard surrogacy is to start with and it is so sad you are restricted by your country’s laws. While I have no information on the Russian company you mentioned, I do feel that the laws in Russia are not that supportive – in that the surrogate can change her mind after the birth of the child and you would have no recourse.
Of course, as you said there is the U.S. and Canada, but I know the costs are very high there. We have heard of people going to Panama and also South Africa, but again, there are no real laws in place and therefore can be beholden to a GS who decides to change her mind or ask for more money. I wish I had better news for you, but on the up side I have heard of people doing surrogacy in Russia without complication.
Good luck to you.
