Men, what you eat could be affecting your fertility health- including sperm count and concentrations.  So put down those foods filled with saturated fat and pick up a meal with omega-3 fatty acids- such as fish.  A new study shows that men who ate foods with more saturated fat had lower semen counts and concentrations, while men who ate more omega-3 fatty acids, had a larger amount of normal-shaped sperm.
